- Operates as a health centre focused on family and community health for the Francophone population in Sudbury
- Provides a variety of programs and services to meet the health care needs of the community
- Offers assessment and treatment for non-life threatening injuries and illnesses
- Provides referrals to other local health programs and services
- Provides coordination and intake for several housing programs under the Homelessness Network/Reseau des sans abri/Endaasgwok Maamwi-naadmaagewin
- Eligibility
- Francophone individuals (children and adults) who reside, work or study in the territory served by the Centre de santé communautaire du Grand Sudbury (CSCGS) and
- Agree to communicate in French and to receive all primary care through CSCGS
- Not currently receiving specialist health care for a condition that has not yet been diagnosed
