- Description
- Assists seniors and individuals with disabilities to live independently in the community through the provision of nourishing hot meals at a reasonable cost
- Prepares meals according to individuals' diet requirements
- Provides a choice of lunch meals two days per week
- Meals are delivered by volunteers who provide regular social contact and check on the health and safety of the client
- Eligibility
- Members of Henvey Inlet First Nation residing in the community requiring assistance with meals at home due to age (55 yrs and older), disability, illness or injury
