- Operates an emergency shelter staffed with residential workers and a security guard
- Provides overnight emergency shelter (30 beds)
- Offers water and light snacks
- Provides a low-barrier operation in order to assist as many people as possible (will not turn away people who are under the influence, but security will conduct bag checks, and no drugs, alcohol or weapons will be permitted on the premises)

- Men, women and unidentified individuals ages 18 years and older who do not have permanent housing
