Accepts the following passport applications:- Adult simplified renewal
- General adult passport
- Child's passport ONLY when there is participation of both parents
- Comments
- Final decisions on passport entitlement are always made by Passport Canada
- Eligibility
- Must have Canadian citizenship

- Forms available at post offices, most travel agents, and online
Any requests other than standard adult, child and renewal applications cannot be submitted at a Receiving Agent, including:- Urgent or express applications
- Applications where a passport that is still valid for more than one year is being submitted with the new passport application
- A child's application if only one parent is participating
- Verbal or written evidence or documentation concerning a lost, stolen, inaccessible, damages or found passport
- An application using a Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Garantor (PPTC 132) form
