  • Nurse practitioners (NP) are registered nurses with advanced university education who provide personalized, quality health care to patients
  • Works in partnership with Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, dietitians, Social Workers and collaboratively with Physicians
Offers a variety of health care services including:
  • counselling and education
  • diagnose and treat illness and/or injuries
  • order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • perform physical check-ups
  • referrals to family physicians, specialists and other health professionals
  • supportive care through illness
  • treatments and/or procedures
  • write prescriptions

Regular Clinic: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm, Phone lines open 8:30 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4 pmLate Clinic: Last Tue of the month 8:30 am-4 pm, 5 pm-8 pm, Phone lines open 8:30 am-4 pm, 5 pm-8 pm
Must provide valid Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) card
