Description
Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the First Nation
  • Facilities operated by the First Nation include the Administration/Cultural Centre, Health Centre, Family Crisis Shelter, Elders' Complex, Day Care, Arena, Youth Centre, Police Station, Gas Bar, Confectionary Store and the Batchewana Learning Centre
  • Offers business opportunities in building and equipment rentals, arena operations, community operations and Bingo Hall
  • Coordinates renewable energy initiatives and sustainable agricultural initiatives
