- Rankin Reserve is serviced by the City of Sault Ste Marie
- Goulais Bay Reserve is serviced by the Goulais Bay Volunteer Fire Department
- Obadjiwan Reserve is serviced by the Batchewana Bay Volunteer Fire Department
Responsible for fire prevention and administration of the Ontario Fire Code- Issues applicable burn permits required for brush piles, incinerators and open fires, excluding campfires
- Also works closely with the volunteer fire department of Blind River
