- Individuals 18 years of age and older requiring residential treatment for addictions and:
- Are stabilized from withdrawal symptoms and
- Are stabilized from all prescription medication and
- All court dates have been dealt with prior to admission
- Application Process
- Referral package information must be completed in full
- Clients on probation must ensure that a copy of their probation order is included with the completed referral package
