- Assists individuals in creating a personalized fitness program and provides supervision while participant performs the program

- Provides education and resources about initiatives to quit smoking
- Offers a support group including mentors who have gone through the process of smoking cessation

- Addresses topics including conflict management, decision making, goal setting, teamwork, time management and developing and presenting workshops

- Urban Indigenous individuals 7 years of age and older and families living off-reserve
