- Description
- Functions as a single point of access for children and families in Sudbury/Manitoulin Districts who use services funded by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS)
Provides the following services:- Service coordination for children with complex needs who require multiple services
- Direct funded respite for families of children with a developmental and/or physical disability
- Assistance for children and youth with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Disorder (FASD) or suspected FASD and their families to connect to services
- Coordination of the Alternative Dispute Resolution program (ADR), which receives referrals from Children's Aid and connects families with child protective services and family group decision making coordinators
- Information and referral to programs and services not offered by MCCSS agencies
- Comments
- Note: Families will be served on a flexible basis if office hours are identified as a barrier

- Children and youth younger than 18 years of age

- Intake review meeting can be done through an office visit, a home visit, or via phone
