Description
Offers a land-based community program for young children and their families
  • Hosts various traditional Anishinaabe indoor and outdoor activities, often over the course of a weekend
  • Weekend events include all materials, food, transportation and accommodations
  • Offers traditional activities under the guidance of experienced cultural teachers
  • Promotes the health and well-being of families

Also provides:
  • Drop-in days at the Education Centre, Room 6, for children and their family members to gather for socialization and light snacks/refreshments
  • Participation in community events such as the Pow Wow and Health Fairs
