Description
Provides assessments, counselling, consultations and in-service training for individuals with a developmental disability, their families and agencies that support them
Provides or has access to specialized services in:
  • Health care
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Social Work
  • Speech/Language
  • Dual Diagnosis
  • Psychology
  • Positive Behavioural Services
  • Children's Behavioural Services (ages 6-18 years)
  • Community Outreach/Non-Traditional Supports
  • Partnership with TBRHSC-Forensics Program
Hours of Operation
Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm
Eligibility
City and District: Adults 18 years of age and over with a developmental disability
City: Children 6-18 years of age with a developmental disability and severe behavioural challenges: risk of breakdown in placement

Age Requirements: Ages: 6 year(s) and up;
Application Process
  • Children's referrals must be made through the Access Network Thunder Bay (1-855-486-5037)
  • Adult referrals must be made through Developmental Services Ontario (1-855-376-6673) at Lutheran Community Care Centre
