Description
Provides a wide range of services to children and youth with an intellectual disability and/or autism spectrum disorder and their families
  • Provides assistance to families with skill development, planning and advocacy through Child and Family Transition Supports
  • Gives respite funding based on person and family needs for in home or our of home supports
  • Offers supports to families to maintain the child within the family home
  • Aids in developing a plan that identifies in which ways a family wishes to be supported
Supports inclusive education to ensure all students are welcomed into schools in age-appropriate, regular classes and are able to learn, contribute and participate in school
Offers Specialized Supports to improve quality of life
