Description
Oversees the operations and maintenance of community infrastructure and related servicesPerforms a variety of tasks and maintenance operations including:
  • Road maintenance
  • Landscaping and community beautification
  • Brushing services
  • Street lighting
  • Maintenance of equipment and operation of the water treatment and sewage treatment plants
  • Repairs and upkeep of community buildings and residential homes
  • Snow removal and plowing of seniors driveways
  • Upkeep of public spaces and grounds including cemetery
  • Garbage collection and maintenance of landfill site
Capital Planning
  • Provides assistance in project management services and community development and planning
  • Assists with subdivision development plan and residential lot development plans
