  • Offers a support group including mentors who have gone through the process of smoking cessation

Youth Leadership
  • Provides workshops to teach youth leadership skill development
  • Addresses topics including conflict management, decision making, goal setting, teamwork, time management and developing and presenting workshops
Off-reserve Indigenous individuals and their families
Fitness and Nutrition Programs
  • Children's Groups: 7-12 years of age
  • Youth Groups: 13-18 years of age
  • Senior's Groups: 55 years and older
  • Community Fitness Group (open to anyone): 18-55 years of age
