Immunization and Vaccine Clinic

Provides various immunizations and vaccines, including:
  • Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Acellular Pertussis
  • Gardasil (HPV vaccine)
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR)
  • Rabies
  • Seasonal flu shot
Appointments can be made up to 2 weeks in advance.Individuals are encouraged to bring their yellow immunization card for updating.Flu Shot Clinics - 2019
Thunder Bay District Health Unit will be offering Flu Shot Clinics only for those with children under age 5 at the following locations:
  • Waabogonee EarlyON, 1000 Huron Ave (Vance Chapman School): Tuesday, October 22nd, 9 am-1 pm
  • Mary JL Black Public Library, 901 Edward St S: Monday, October 28th, 12 noon-4 pm
  • Waverley Public Library, 285 Red River Rd: Tuesday, November 5th, 12 noon-4 pm
  • Sherbrooke EarlyON, 110 Sherbrooke St (Sherbrooke School): Thursday, November 8th, 2 pm-6 pm
  • Our Kids Count, 704 McKenzie St: Thursday, November 28th, 1 pm-5 pm
  • Our Lady of Charity EarlyON, 370 County Blvd (Our Lady of Charity School): Tuesday, December 3rd, 12 noon-2:30 pm
  • Algonquin EarlyON, 160 Algonquin St S (Algonquin School): Monday, December 9th, 12 noon-4 pm
Hours of Operation
Wed 1 pm-6 pm
  • Individuals requiring immunizations
  • School-aged children who require vaccines under the Immunization of School Pupils Act for school attendance
  • Individuals under the age of 16 must have either signed or verbal parental consent

None - Many immunizations are publicly funded by the Ontario Government; other vaccines are provided at cost
