- Students who have a local family physician are encouraged to continue to receive medical care from him or her, when possible, to ensure continuity of their medical care

- Currently enrolled Lakehead University (Thunder Bay campus) students who have paid the Health Services Support Fee in their tuition.
- Provincial health card or alternate health coverage, such as University Health Insurance Plan, documentation and student card required

Note: The Health Services Support Fee is not the same as the LUSU Medical/Dental Insurance Fee - Currently enrolled Lakehead University (Thunder Bay campus) students who have paid the Health Services Support Fee in their tuition.
