Provides services for job seekers and employers simultaneously to ensure a successful employee/employer relationship

Job seeker services include:
  • Job search assistance and prior/post placement support
  • Resum√©, cover letter, application preparation and updating
  • Assistance obtaining required training, certification and life skills
  • List of available workshops geared to job seekers

Employer services include:
  • Job posting board online and AETS office job posting bulletin board
  • Trained and educated prospective employees
  • Wage subsidies for training new workers
  • Support as needed during hiring process

Office Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Eligibility
On/off reserve First Nations members of the nine participating communities accessing services at AETS
