Description
Operates an eight-bed open custody group home which offers the following services:

Case Management
  • Addresses areas of risk and the needs of the young person
  • Sets out a plan for programs and services to reduce the risk to re-offend

Treatment Services
Treatment services are integrated into the full range of rehabilitative programs and include:
  • Anger management
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  • Education
  • Healthy living
  • Life skills
  • Recreation
  • Social skills
  • Substance abuse

Provides space for a classroom that is operated by the Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board
Hours of Operation
Services Mon-Sun 24 hours
Eligibility
Female youth who have been given an open detention and/or custody disposition by the Courts

Age Requirements: Ages: 12 year(s) - 18 year(s);
Application Process
Open custody imposed on youth by a Judge at time of sentencing
