Due to the pandemic, now operating as a Call-in Clinic with modified hours
Medical clinic focused on family and community health
NOTE: No physicians or medication refills available at the site during Urgent Care Clinic
- Call 807-622-8235 during modified hours to be scheduled into the virtual waiting room, and a nurse will return your call for assessment
- Callers will be asked to come in if needed, based on phone assessment
- Modified Hours: Mon-Thu 2:30 pm-6 pm, Fri 1 pm-4 pm, Sat-Sun 10 am-3 pm (Limbrick Site: Wed 1:30 pm-4 pm)

- Nurse practitioner serves clients on a first come first served basis with no appointment required
