Operates an on-reserve school for elementary and junior high students from the community
  • Offers a full curriculum for students from JK-Grade 9, approved and inspected by the Ontario Ministry of Education
  • Teaches Native language as a subject course and promotes a sense of pride of heritage
  • Provides supervised extra-curricular activities
  • Offers cultural activities and traditional Native teaching as part of regular programs
  • Operates on a culturally sensitive schedule that allows students to participate in the spring and fall hunts with their families

Special Education
  • Provides special education assistance for students with learning difficulties
  • Develops an Individual Education Plan (IEP) for each student with annual reviews
  • Strives for maximum amount of integration with regular programs
