- Enhances member community's management and administration by delivering financial, management and governance advisory services and support
- Advises on all aspects of financial management duties and budget control
- Facilitates payroll and bank reconciliations
- Provides support for preparation of funding proposals for various community initiatives
- Maintains resources on management practices, policies and procedures and governance codes, available for community use upon request
- Provides accounting support and oversees financial policies and procedures for the Independent First Nations Alliance
