Independent Living Attendant Services for Adults with Disabilities

Provides information for persons with disabilities and education of the general public
Delivers programs including:

Attendant Services/Acquired Brain Injury Services
  • Attendants help with daily actitivites such as personal grooming, transferring, dressing, bathing, meals, ventilator and tracheotomy services, etc
Hours of Operation
Mon-Thu 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Individuals with a permanent physical disability or acquired brain injury, who:
  • Require assistance with personal care and activities of daily living
  • Have the ability to direct their own care
  • Are a resident of Ontario
  • Have a valid OHIP card
  • Are not in receipt of insurance funds, and
  • Qualify for Aging at Home programs

    Age Requirements: Ages: 16 year(s) and up;
