- Description
- Offers individual and family counselling
- Coordinates mental health and addictions treatment services
- Offers treatment referrals
- Facilitates education and awareness sessions and presentations
- Offers an ongoing open ended group to help bridge the gap between mental health and addictions treatment services
- Provides treatment referrals
- Provides a psycho-educational component and support through peer shared experience and group leader facilitation
- Eligibility
- Individuals 18 years of age and older
- Individuals with concurrent substance disorders/gambling and a major psychiatric diagnosis
- Individuals with a significant psychiatric problem whose substance use/gambling effects the course and treatment of the psychiatric disorder and life functioning
- Must have a valid Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) Card
- Individuals with concurrent substance disorders/gambling and a major psychiatric diagnosis
