- Provides in-home support to individuals with an intellectual and/or developmental disability living in their own homes such as apartment or parental home
- Teaches individuals the skills needed to be able to integrate into their community
- Encourages individuals to participate in community events and to access community services in order to meet their needs
- Activities of daily living such as cooking and cleaning
- Assistance with housing
- Assistance with medical appointments
- Budgeting and managing finances
