Operates a licensed daycare centre

Eligibility
Priority given to members of Aundeck Omni Kaning First Nation; other First Nations and off-reserve families are accepted if space available
  • Toddlers: children 18-30 months
  • Preschool: children 31-43 months
  • JK/SK: children 44-67 months
  • School age: children 6 years - 9.5 years of age

Application Process
  • Requires completed registration package and
  • Copy of child's immunization records
  • Provides full day services when the Little Current Public School is closed on Professional Development (PD) Days; must give sufficient notice to Centre staff as spaces are limited
  • Late charges for pick-up after 5 pm apply; charges are $1.00 per minute and must be paid before child returns to daycare
Bus Services
  • Child must be 2.6 years old to ride bus alone
  • Requires completed transportation contract
  • Parent/guardian is responsible to arrange a pick-up and drop-off schedule
