Financial Advisory

Enhances member community's management and administration by delivering financial, management and governance advisory services and support
  • Advises on all aspects of financial management duties and budget control
  • Facilitates payroll and bank reconciliations
  • Provides support for preparation of funding proposals for various community initiatives
  • Reviews all financial statements for accounting accuracy
  • Maintains resources on management practices, policies and procedures and governance codes, available for community use upon request
  • Provides accounting support and oversees financial policies and procedures for the Anishinaabeg of Kabapikotawangag Resource Council

Provides advisory services for community finance personnel in following areas:
  • Audit preparation
  • Computerized accounting and bookkeeping
  • Financial planning
  • Internal reporting and payroll
  • Policy development
Anishinaabeg of Kabapikotawangag Resource Council (AKRC) is a member of the political territorial organization Grand Council Treaty #3 (GCT3)
Hours of Operation
Mon-Thu 8:30 am-4:30 pm, Fri 8:30 am-3 pm
Must belong to one of the member First Nations in the Anishinaabeg of Kabapikotawangag Resource Council (AKRC) region
