Administration
  • Manages all corporate records and policies and procedures
  • Maintains and prepares the Agendas, By-Laws and Minutes for all meetings including Council, Committees and public sessions
  • Issues death registrations and certificates
  • Issues marriage licences and certificates
  • Issues dog licences and lottery licences
  • Issues permits for special events

Finance
  • Provides financial services for all municipal departments as well as ratepayers and customers
  • Carries out billing and receiving of municipal taxes and utilities
  • Manages accounts payable and accounts receivable
