Supervised Access Program

  • Offers separated families a way to deal with difficulties that may arise during access visits and/or exchanges
  • Provides a safe, neutral, child-focused setting where visits and exchanges can take place under the supervision of trained staff and volunteers
  • Coordinates and supervises court ordered and voluntary access and/or exchanges where there is unresolved conflict between the separated parents
Hours of Operation
Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
  • Both parents must be agreeable to services
  • There are some limitations for eligibility that may be discussed on an individual basis
Application Process
  • Court ordered visits or exchanges will be accepted through the client or their lawyer and a copy of the court order if recommended
  • All parties involved must meet individually with the program staff before the actual start date of the visit or exchange
