Description
Provides in-home counselling and support to families of children identified as experiencing mental health difficulties and are at-risk of family breakdown

Assists families with:
  • Accessing social services/community resources
  • Behaviour management training
  • Dealing with discipline
  • Establishing routines
  • Household management
  • Parenting techniques
  • Preparing for individual and/or family counselling
  • Understanding developmental stages
Eligibility
  • Families with children 18 years of age and younger experiencing mental health difficulties and are at risk of family breakdown
  • Family consent is required as participation in the program is voluntary
