- Offers employment and training programs
- Matches eligible clients with employers
- Provides employment and training opportunities to Indigenous clients who are not eligible through First Nation, Inuit, or Métis agreements
- Provides financial assistance for a variety of programs that can include but is not limited to apprenticeship skills training, career experience/job shadowing, employment supports, income supports, purchase of training and skills enhancement
