Description
  • Administers the program which offers a free group exercise program twice a week (or more) in various locations for adults 65 years of age and older
  • Exercises are designed to:
    • improve balance and strength in lower body extremities
    • improve bone health
    • help to reduce the risk of having a fall

  • Program also teaches simple exercises to do at home
